Saddest J Capri Tribute – Funeral Highlights

Family, friends, industry players and well-wishers gathered at the UWI Chapel, in St. Andrew  to bid their finalfarewell to the 23 year old entertainerJ Capri.

The interment followed at Dovecot.

J Capri died at the University Hospital of The West Indies (UHWI) in St. Andrew on December 4, 20 days before her 24th birthday.

She was admitted after being involved in a motor vehicle accident along Barbican Road in Kingston on November 23.

Producer Rvssian under his Head Concussion Records launched J Capri’s career with the release of “Pull Up To Mi Bumpa” featuring Konshens, “Whine ‘n’ Kotch” featuring Charley Black, “Reverse It” and “Boom ‘n” Bend Over”.

Music Fraternity Turned Out For J Capri’s Funeral

Indeed there was “One blood” among members of the dancehall fraternity who turned out to pay final tributes to the late dancehall artiste J Capri.

The funeral service which was held on Monday at the UWI chapel in St. Andrew, was well attended by dancehall artistes, Disc jocks and producers.
